First off let me say, I love Consume. This would have actually been a 5 star rating, but yesterday when I went in for your new weekly specials, you had B1G1 on your kushy vapes (1g). So my sweet bud tender grabbed 2 for me. We get over to the register to ring all my things up and the promo wouldn't work for the vapes. He tries to figure it out, he can't and then FAITH comes out to help. Very very rude, it was disgusting! She said it was 40$ for the vape and they were in fact not B1G1, started getting angry and an attitude before she even wanted to listen. The shelf tag said 20$, not 40 for the ones he grabbed me. I told her you might want to change the shelf price (in store) customers might get confused. She then again very rudely says, that isn't my job or my problem(but it was your shelf tag with the wrong price) she didn't care. I'm a very frequent flyer of Consume, I have always been treated with happiness from start to finish. But Faith needs to learn even on a Monday how to not be rude to the employees, and customers! I work in customer service, and that is unacceptable! She also let me know, that she will do the discount this time, but in the future, I will pay full price. I have no problem paying full price for anything, but also as then consumer your shelf tags should all be right.

The man I talked to at the counter was super cool! We probably could've been friends. It was my first time there, and he was really helpful. He showed me their current deals and we talked about brands for a moment before they were able to take us back. They connect you with someone one on one who helps you find what you're looking for based on your preferences. They're super nice, I highly recommend going here for your needs 😊

Went here for the first time because they had an oz. Marked on there website at 91% off. When I showed up to pick up my order they said they couldn’t honor the deal price because there system is being rebooted. Talk about false advertisement. Talk about breaking the law. If your website says a price you should honor that price no matter who’s fault it is and then make the corrections. Won’t be back to this store again. Plenty of other options.
